Crafts fair at Ribnica ...

... but sadly to see only older people working. Where are the followers? My plan to learn to spin will come true this autumn ...

Here are some pictures:

Summer course for teachers

this is a part of a puppet play for children, one of the workshops at the summer course was puppet making and the teachers did a wonderful puppet play for our kids:  The Sleeping Beauty

I ran a workshop: fingerloops and braids, here are some pictures of my colleagues at work

this is an interesting technique called the viking loop. We used hands and feet to make it. It was a lot of laughter and a lot of fun. Can you imagine kids with feet on desks?

And the leading lectures were held by my favorite waldorf teacher Christof Wiechert.

First week of teaching (after 1.5 years)

I am so proud of my pupils. We were apart for a year and a half but they were so sincerely happy to see me as their teacher.

Today I taught in classes 6 (main theme: socks) and class 4 (main theme: cap).

Two girls in class 6 finished a roppe (knitted square) in one block lesson, all others are knitting well and they have not forgotten to knit. I am proud of them.

In class 4 we started making belts for Michael sward. I taught them a new technique:

and I read them a very funny book (Astrid Lindgren: Emil).
