Teachers training - knitting

This is a suitcase of one of the knitting teachers. She is an artist of all kinds. I like her idea very much!

These are the knitted gnomes the advanced knitting group has learned to knit. The beginners learned how to knit and made either a ball or a simple sea lion like this.

Birthday party for my 5 years old boy

The cake was decorated by my son, the main theme were pirates, as you can see.

These are rainbow fruit and vegetables sticks.

And this is the present:

the pirate ship, of course ...

and today this big boy started to ride a bicycle with no help! I am so proud!

Baby blanket

I am finishing it. Finally. Today I am knitting the last piece.

Silk paper transparencies

In class 1 we made silk paper transparencies:

and not everybody finished it yet. Next time we will start making lanterns for St.Martins lantern walk. It is the same technique but instead of transparent paper we use glass jar. We put a tea candle inside and tie a handle around it. Come around too see how we make it.
