It was lovely today: I listened to two boys knitting and talking:
A: Knitting is so easy, What do you think?
B: Yes, it is easy!
A: It is easier than playing!
B: That is true.
and I liked it. It seems that boys in this class are more into knitting than girls at the moment. Three of them knitted more than half o a square already.
And we played searching balls of yarn of a certain color. It was fun!

ReplyDeleteI was just noticing yesterday while teaching grade 1 handwork that the boys have knit about twice as much as the girls on their current project! hmn... so interesting and fantastic!
